FAQ Vigna sul Mar Camping Village

Vigna Sul Mar Family Camping Village is located in a central position between Lido di Pomposa and Lido delle Nazioni, you can reach both cities in a couple of minutes by car and 10 minutes by bicycle. It is also possible to reach in a few minutes the bus stops that connects the camping village with the bigger towns (Comacchio, Ravenna, Ferrara). For more information, contact the Reception or our Excursions Office.

Our reception is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m., and a security officer is always present at night. The delivery of the accomodation key is guaranteed from 5.00 p.m.If you come earlier, you can use all the services of the Village (beach, swimming pools, restaurant)
Check out requires the return of the keys by 10:00. Please inform us as soon as possible if you come late (after 9.00 p.m.), and if you intend to leave during the night.

Check-in is possible starting from 8.00; Pitch is available from 12.00 – if the pitch is free before 12.00, our staff will guide you to the pitch. Check-out: the pitch must be free by 12.00.

We accept payments in cash (amount not exceeding € 1999.99), Bancomat and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, CartaSì).

NON REFUNDABLE BEST RATE

Non refundable: in case of cancellation or non-show the advance payment will not be refunded.

BEST RATE WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS OR STANDARD RATES

Art. 1 Notification of cancellation:
1. The cancellation of the stay must be communicated in writing by email to the following address: annullamenti@clubdelsole.com indicating the name of the camping village, booking number, surname and name of the booking’s owner.
2. All cancellations communicated by telephone will not be taken into consideration.

Art. 2 Cancellation policy Lodgings and Pitches:
1. Cancellation request received within 30 days before the arrival date: refund of the deposit without any penalty.
2. Cancellation request received from 29 days to 7 days from the date of arrival: for certified reasons, the campsite will issue a voucher equal to the amount paid (deducted € 100.00 as secretarial expenses) to be used within the following year to that of issue in any Club del Sole destination. A certificate attesting the event must be sent with the notification of cancellation to annullamenti@clubdelsole.com.
3. Cancellation request received within 6 days prior to the arrival date: no refund will be due.

Art. 3 Late Arrivals:
1. In case of late arrivals, the payment is due for the entire sum agreed in the booking letter.
2. If a postponement of 3 days maximum is communicated within 14 days from the arrival date and it is due to certified causes, a voucher will be issued for the unused days. A valid certification of the occurred event has to be sent per post or mail to the Camping Village’s Reception. The voucher can be used within the following year to that of issue in any Club del Sole destination.
3. If the postponement is communicated less than 14 days from the arrival, the article 3.1 will be applied.

Art. 4 Early Departures:
1. In case of early departures, no refund will be made for unused holidays. If the reason for the advance of departure is due to certified causes (to be sent per sent per post or mail to the Camping Village’s Reception), a stay voucher will be issued for the unused days. The voucher can be used within the following year to that of issue in any Club del Sole destination.

Our animation team will be available from June to the beginning of September, and will take care of sports activities, tournaments, entertainment for children and adults, but also evening shows and dancing show.

Barrier-free accommodation is available in Camping Village. Check availability by contacting the Reception directly.

The first 500 MB are included, further traffic can be purchased at the reception.

Inside the village there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The washing material is not included, but you can buy it at the Village supermarket.

Yes, there is a supermarket in the Campsite.

Indicate requests or preferences by contacting the Reception directly via email or by calling us on +39 0533 380216. It is possible to choose a specific number of accommodation, once the actual availability has been verified, with a supplement of € 100,00 per family. Without this option, the number will be communicated only when you receive the keys.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can rent them directly at the camping-village or when you book your lodging.

The accommodation the day of your arrival will be cleaned and sanitized. Before you leave, you must leave it in order as it was found. You can add the final cleaning service at any time, but it is a paid service.

Many types of mobile homes already provide beach service, alternatively it is always possible to book it in advance. Our beach has a solarium area equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and a dog beach area. The beach voucher is delivered by the Reception during the check-in and you must give it to the beach establishment to use the facilities.

Entrance to the Swimming Pool Park is always included in the price. Sum umbrellas and sun loungers by the pool can be rented on payment at the Pool upon availability.

The municipal ordinance does not allow dogs to swim in the sea on our beach.

Variations from the menu are possible. Please informus of any type of variation, intolerance and / or allergy upon arrival. We don’t have a certified kitchen for celiac disease.
